Are you a relationship-driven professional who enjoys building partnerships, solving problems, and helping businesses grow? LeasePoint Funding Group is a fast-growing specialty equipment finance company seeking an Account Executive to support the growth and success of our vendor partner programs.

This role focuses on developing strong vendor relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping vendors and customers access flexible financing solutions that support their business goals. This position is ideal for someone who is collaborative, proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll gain experience across sales, relationship management, and vendor partnership functions, including:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand LeasePoint’s presence within the healthcare equipment financing market.
  • Develop relationships with prospective vendor partners and generate new business opportunities.
  • Support vendors in introducing financing solutions to their customers.
  • Participate in outreach, prospecting, and follow-up activities to build a strong sales pipeline.

Vendor Program Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned vendor programs.
  • Build trusted relationships with vendor partners and help ensure a smooth financing experience for their customers.
  • Provide vendor partners with timely updates on applications, approvals, and deal progress.

Client Engagement

  • Work closely with vendors and customers to understand their financing needs.
  • Guide clients through LeasePoint’s financing process and available solutions.
  • Provide clear communication and support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong communication with vendor partners and internal teams.
  • Help ensure applications and transactions move efficiently through the approval and funding process.
  • Monitor account activity and support vendor satisfaction and program success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with credit, marketing, and operations teams to support vendor program success.
  • Share insights and feedback that help improve the vendor experience and sales processes.

Market & Industry Insight

  • Stay informed about healthcare equipment trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities.
  • Use industry knowledge to support vendor partners and effectively position LeasePoint’s solutions.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity within CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, vendor engagement, and pipeline progress.
  • Track opportunities and contribute to revenue growth targets.

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 Days

  • Develop a strong understanding of LeasePoint’s financing programs, processes, and vendor relationships.
  • Begin supporting assigned vendor partners and actively contributing to sales activity.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of prospective vendor opportunities.
  • Develop confidence in discussing financing solutions with vendors and customers.

Within 6-12 Months

  • Build strong relationships with vendor partners and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Consistently contribute to revenue growth through vendor program development and deal generation.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and strong activity levels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor engagement and program success.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in financial services, equipment finance, healthcare equipment, or vendor sales is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range of $80,000-$100,000+ per year, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
